2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Timergy, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. The Service

Timergy is a scheduling and availability coordination platform. It allows users to create polls, share availability, connect external calendars (Google Calendar, iCloud, CalDAV), and find optimal meeting times with groups.

The service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify the service offering in the future with reasonable notice.

4. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Timergy. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Calendar Data

When you connect an external calendar, Timergy accesses your calendar data solely to determine your availability for scheduling purposes. Calendar event details (titles, descriptions, attendees) are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.

You may disconnect your calendar at any time, which immediately revokes Timergy's access to your calendar data.

6. Polls & Invitations

Polls you create are accessible to anyone with the poll link. You are responsible for sharing poll links only with intended participants. Poll responses and availability data are visible to all participants of that poll.

Messages sent within poll chat are visible to all poll participants. Do not share sensitive or confidential information in poll chats.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Send spam or unsolicited invitations through the platform

8. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Timergy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice via email or in-app notification.

9. Limitation of Liability

Timergy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Missed meetings or scheduling errors
• Incorrect calendar data or synchronization issues
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Actions taken by other poll participants

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@timergy.com. Upon deletion, your personal data, polls, and calendar connections will be permanently removed. Votes and messages in other users' polls may be anonymized rather than deleted.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aargau, Switzerland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
